ABSTRACT
The seaside health resort in Kołobrzeg has exceptional climatic conditions and natural resources. Heliotherapy, aerotherapy, thalassotherapy and terrain therapy are used as the most beneficial forms of therapy for the respiratory and circulatory systems or disorders of the endocrine system and metabolism. The aim of the study was to present the possibilities of climatic treatment and the natural resources of Kołobrzeg which are rich in brine and mud used in cosmetology and medicine.

STRESZCZENIE
Nadmorskie uzdrowisko Kołobrzeg charakteryzują korzystne dla zdrowia warunki klimatyczne oraz bogactwa naturalne. Celem pracy była prezentacja możliwości wykorzystania w kosmetologii i medycynie klimatu oraz surowców naturalnych występujących w Kołobrzegu, między innymi złóż solanek oraz borowiny. Helioterapia, aeroterapia, talasoterapia, terenoterapia wymieniane są jako jedne z najbardziej korzystnych form terapii układu oddechowego, krążenia oraz wielu innych zaburzeń układu wydzielania wewnętrznego i przemiany materii.
